The RMAC met Monday, March 28, 2021 from 1:30 to 3:30 PM at the NHDES Offices, room 112, 29 Hazen Drive in Concord, NH. Under the provisions of RSA 91-A, an in-person quorum of voting members is required in order to conduct business. All RMAC meetings are open to the public.

  • 2021 SLR 005 W Stewartstown – Sale of 0.1355 ac. of the N. Stratford to Beecher Falls Rail Trail to an encroaching abutter.
  • 2021 SLR 006 Londonderry – Lease of 40,000 sq ft of railroad property near Beaver Brook in Londonderry for commercial use to two encroaching abutters. Rail corridor currently in use as a rail trail.
  • 2021 SLR 007 Lunenburg, VT – Lease of 1,320 square feet of New Hampshire-owned railroad property in Lunenburg, Vt., for a utility easement for overhead power line crossing. Poles located on abutting properties. Crossing located 800 feet from Connecticut River.
